As per Ghostbusters: Infestation, Peter Venkman is, unsurprisingly, an exhibitionist. Don't worry, there are no frames showing anything more than halfway down his chest, but yes, he does get fully naked, much to Winston's horror. Ray and Egon, who had the same reason to disrobe as Venkman, at least had the decency to wear, and keep, their underwear.

A co-worker unknowingly and randomly started humming the Star Trek theme (from the original series). She had never heard said theme in her life. WTF?

My dentist, on a related note, hummed along to Lady Gaga while performing yet another root canal treatment on me, yesterday. *blinks*

I really, really want to write some Egon/Janine fluff, right now. Mainly due to the fact that I read a fic yesterday where the poor woman got crucified by a demon. The boys saved her, and Egon professed his love for her, once she was out of the hospital, but OMG some scene descriptions had me feeling sick to my stomach.

Just to get my canon straight, is he a) not ashamed of his body, or b) getting a thrill from disrobing publically? Because A is not the same as exhibitionist! Not that I would put B beyond him. I guess I only care because being naked around people of your own sex is so normal in Finland (sauna culture) that I'm always amused by other people being prudish about it.

Is this Infestation thing by that artist you like?

It's definitely B with some of A mixed in. He didn't technically need to get in the nude, all he'd have needed to do was remove his boot. (It was a contamination thing.) Egon and Ray, however, were covered (or, really, their clothes were) in the substance, but they were more modest about it.

I'm the kind of person who's all, hey, if everyone else and their grandma is getting nude, no one will judge my body. Also, I generally have no problems with medical personel seeing things the general public doesn't. The idea of a gynecological exam doen't even make me cringe, although I loathe plastic speculums. I'd rater have the cold, but smooth, metal than having bits of sharp plastic pinching at my vaginal walls.

Infestation is by another artist (can't remember his name, just now), but I liked his style because all four of them looked a lot closer to the actors who portrayed them than in any other comic.

I don't like gynecologists' examinations, actually, or it depends on the doctor whether or not I'm comfortable, but that's a lot more intimate than just getting your kit off.

I don't enjoy them, but I'm all *shrugs* about it. Between a gynecological exam and a root canal treatment... I'd take the gynecological exam. It's a lot shorter.

Also, this conversation is reminding me that I'm nearly due to go for one, or, at least, have my pill prescription renewed.
