I just needed to squee about this...
Apr. 13th, 2011 08:36 amIDW Publishing finally woke up and is giving us a monthly Ghostbusters comic series!
Starting this September, with the wonderful pencils by "Dapper" Dan Schoening, and the guy who wrote Ghostbusters: Infestation, which came out in 2 parts, and, while his writing was, overall, pretty solid, I'm not too sure of the mix with Schoening more cartoon-y art style. Infestation was meant to be quite dark, considering the franchise as a whole is Science Fiction/Comedy... well, let's first see how it goes and which direction the story will go in, before I get my panties in a bunch about James Eatock (who wrote a 9 page short for the Ghostbusters: Haunted Holidays TPB) not being involved in the project.
