But I had to have a flat with the car, and I have no energy left (I attempted changing it myself, which I could have done, no problem, in more clement weather, but my car lift thingie decided it was too cold, and was stiff, so that by the time my car had just, barely, started lifting, my arms were dead).

So my stepdad and my mother made the 45 minute trip to Montreal to come and help me out, in -17C (or -24C with windchill factor!), which would be 0F (or feeling like -11F, due to the wind), to change my tire so that I could be on my way. We put one of my old, still good summer tires on, but let's hope my dad doesn't get caught with that tomorrow, when he's going to have my winter tire looked at.

Basically, I was going to open a blog, where, for a month, I would eat my "normal" diet, which is about 50% omnivore and 50% vegetarian/vegan to begin with, post the foods consumed, the amount of calories, how I felt physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually (or at least, a wrap up of that), on a daily or semi-daily basis, along with a weekly weigh-in and how much the grocery shopping cost weekly. Then, for the whole month of March, I would attempt a complete diet overhaul, going mostly strict vegetarian, nearly vegan, with minimal dairy and eggs, while not going crazy about obscure ingredients I might not know about, then blogging about my daily diet, in the same way as for February.

The blogging might have to wait, but I'll be writing it out on paper. Especially since I'll be at work.

I'm just curious as to how different I will feel at the end of both month. Well, probably February will make me feel "normal", but I want to see if there will be a HUGE difference for the better, or not.
