Update from the weekend

athena5897 left for home this morning at about 9AM. *pouts*clings* nooo! I'm going to miss her...

Sorry I didn't really update this thing over the past few days, except to tell about what happened on the eve of my birthday. I didn't exactly have the time to do it. I didn't even have the time to get a new tattoo or my nose pierced, for that matter.

Here is what we had time to do, though. We had time to go to the Montreal Pagan Ressource Center, get some asshole arrested (see previous post), shop around a little, eat more than our fill of M. Felix and Mr Norton amaretto cookies, sampled their Caramelt cookies, saw POTC, visited a cool shop with sassy shirts in it to find out that the salesgirl who helped us out recognized Athie from the POTC showing (rofl), got HP&PS and LOTR books for Athie, went shopping at a mall across town from where I live, and talked, talked, talked. I planned some fic and a mallorn leaf purse that I will embroider in silver thread, I only need to get the supplies and design the pattern.

Oi, and danachan, I saw a nice desktop, 365 days LOTR calendar with Merry and Pippin in Treebeard's arms on the cover, but it was the only picture, and it was on the box, inside, they only had info on all things Tolkien-related, but no pics, really... I would've gotten it for your b-day, but as there are no other pics than on the box, it's sort of pointless to get something that's $20.00 Canadian just for said box... *pouts*

Am still not believing the arrest thing. Wow.

That purse sounds really nice, but I need to find a richly coloured green material for it (preferably metallic) and metallic silver embroidery thread for the details.

I am not believing the arrest thing either. I have to go to court because of it, to testify as the victim of death threats. Only problem is, I am not paid for the time I have to be in court for.

*hugs*snogs* Yeah, it would be pretty expensive for a box... Maybe I could try to find a picture of it online?

I would like to see this purse, if and when you get it done, and like, honestly, you ARE being a good citizen for this. Stuff like that just shouldn't be allowed. Honestly.

And, like, I would like to see the picture. And I would like to chat with you, tonight, so I hope that I catch you on. *kisscuddleloves*

Not only that, but as a future member of Pagan/Wiccan clergy, I can't let my community risk the chance of having that type of encounter. It just wouldn't be right.
