John finally understood what I meant last night and said "Oh, you mean an electronic drawing tablet, Wacom is the best brand in that case!" I have no idea what he understood by "electronic drawing tablet" when I first mentioned it, lol. And they are not prohibitively expensive, at least for relatively basic ones.
