It's definitely B with some of A mixed in. He didn't technically need to get in the nude, all he'd have needed to do was remove his boot. (It was a contamination thing.) Egon and Ray, however, were covered (or, really, their clothes were) in the substance, but they were more modest about it.
I'm the kind of person who's all, hey, if everyone else and their grandma is getting nude, no one will judge my body. Also, I generally have no problems with medical personel seeing things the general public doesn't. The idea of a gynecological exam doen't even make me cringe, although I loathe plastic speculums. I'd rater have the cold, but smooth, metal than having bits of sharp plastic pinching at my vaginal walls.
Infestation is by another artist (can't remember his name, just now), but I liked his style because all four of them looked a lot closer to the actors who portrayed them than in any other comic.
