Then going home, to finish my vacation with a busy weekend. Coven meeting tomorrow night, then co-teaching another coven on Sunday afternoon, with grocery shopping, housecleaning, laundry washing and [personal profile] jpwic's brother's birthday dinner on Sunday night peppered throughout all of this.

I am semi-expecting unpleasantness at tonight's coven meeting, as I am currently at odds with two of my covenmates, and am currently too angry to be willing to work things out. Especially since some things also involve [personal profile] jpwic, so I believe he should be there for that sort of thing.

While I am at odds, I don't expect that I will raise a fuss, if no one else does. That's not my kind of thing to do, the "fight" (for lack of a better term) is over, as far as I am concerned, and, at the moment, I just want to be left alone. Which, to me, does not mean not being able to attend coven/class. I've been through that sort of crap in High School with one friend in particular, who was with me in Chemistry, Physics and Math, and I was in the top 5 students in my class that whole year. A year we spent in and out of very upsetting, and very similar, spats.

I have decided to start Calorie Count again. Last time, I had lost somewhere between 20 and 30 lbs (divide this by 2.2, approximately, for kilograms) in the space of nearly three months. I have put my target weight to 130 lbs, for now, because I know I can be a healthy and muscular 130 lbs. The funny thing is, I became so good at maximizing the calorie density of my food intake, that I would sometimes have a hard time reaching the minimum amount of calories a woman should have in a day.

I will also be mixing this with the advice from the nutritionist I saw last summer. Breakfast within the first hour (at the most) after getting out of bed, and preferably getting out of bed as soon as one wakes up. Half my plate will be vegetables, with one quarter for starch/cereal and one quarter for protein (whatever source of protein I will have), and a bit of healthy oils for good measure. And snacks every 2 and a half to three hours.

I will start trying to maximize my sleep. Doctor Oz says 7 and a half hours of sleep is what the average adult needs. I sleep on average 6 hours per night on weeknights, and around 8 to 10 on weekends. I'll try to put this at 7 and a half hours daily. And I'll try to, if I'm home, and didn't go out the night before, or there was no special occasion, go to bed and wake up at regular hours, maybe an hour or hour and a half later on weekends. Both for bedtime and for wake up time.

Drink more water, and try to switch to tea instead of coffee. Green tea, especially, with or without fruit flavours in it. It is diuretic a bit, but does boost the metabolism.

And, finally, daily exercise. Yes, daily. Even if it's just a 30 minute power-walk to get my blood flowing. And I will try, on days that I don't have somewhere to be in the evenings, to walk home from the train station, rather than drive to and from it. Because when I drive, I don't really save that much time, since I have to go one station further, then I'm stuck in traffic most evenings, when driving home. It really takes me close to the same 20 minutes, driving home. Added bonuses, I will save a bit on gas, and it will force me to get up earlier, instead of doing everything last minute, in the mornings.
