I would love, love, love to write Winston. And it's true, white guilt makes us forget that, basically, aside from certain obvious cultural things, everyone has similar motivations in life. Most of the cultural stuff could be put aside, technically, in something like Ghostbusters, where culture and race barely matter aside from a mention in passing (from the novel: Ray *addressing Winston*: You're black! Winston: I know!, with then Ray explaining it's a great thing because certain entities respond better to people with dark skin; or Janine, explaining to a client to not upset the ghost while waiting for their appointed visit, thinks it's somewhat silly that she is becoming something of an overprotective Jewish mother to NYC's paranormal population). As a side note, I'm starting to realize how obvious it is that Winston's part was originally written for Eddie Murphy. They did make changes to the character, as well as took away a lot of his screen time, but Ernie Hudson pulled it off wonderfully. There really isn't enough Winston. ♥
Hahaha, as much as I'd like to fulfill that desire, I am not going to write some Louis/Vigo fluff. Even if Vigo had amnesia or was reincarnated as someone nice. Although I can't think of Louis without thinking fluff or disaster, or both!
Peter would have to be so drunk that he'd mistake Louis for an attractive female.
You laugh, but Egon, in his teens, had given a librarian a turn when he asked for a book about a theory on how to use sex as a source of energy (electrical, I assume). That's also from the novel.
