I think...

If I were to start a business, I'd probably start a sex shop. Possibly a sex shop geared more towards women's needs or something. Probably web-based at first, and probably with a storefront eventually if it grew enough to warrant that.
Because, honestly, we can be just as randy as the men. Sometimes, I even think we can be worse than men. And I'd also try to cater to the veg*n demographics as well. With soy candles instead of beeswax, Glyde condoms (they're latex but caseine-free, which is a milk protein), and the like. I would put an emphasis on safer sex and sexual health as well. Natural products where possible for incenses, candles and the like.
As far as "entertainment" went, I would probably encourage erotica and porn made by women for women, be they books, comics, art or movies.
Of course, I would still have a section of stuff for the boys too, because, I mean, most women still have sex with men, and they need to have fun too.
But whenever I walk into a sex shop, more than 2/3 of the store is dedicated to men, and not women. Even the "for couples" stuff is more about getting the man going than the woman, and, um, sorry to say but we often need more time and attention than the guys do, before getting down to business.
