Yet another reason to be glad to have moved departments...

Reservations employees' hours have been cut to 25 hours per week as opposed to the usual 37.5 per week. Phones are too quiet, apparently.

I could never have made it without a full schedule.

So, on top of having a regular schedule, no Saturdays (unless I want to work overtime or make up for a sick day or something), and no on-the-phone nastiness, I get to keep my full schedule, because this department is currently so busy that work is backed up!
