I finally got my new machine...
Sep. 7th, 2010 11:06 amBut we all forgot I needed an adaptor for my screen... which remained at my friends' place. Oops. Will go and pick it up tonight.
I have, however, installed and started playing Ghostbusters: The Video Game. Oooh boy, is it fun! My strategy? It moves? It doesn't? It's another Boy in Grey? Doesn't matter... SHOOT IT! AKA, I don't have extremely good knowledge of the controls yet.
Funnier still, was my having trouble getting through doorways in the basement (damn proton pack!) of the firehall and finally reaching Egon and Ray in there, who were looking back up the stairs looking so lifelike I half expected one of them to glance at his watch, then bitch about not having all night.
