And, this morning, I woke up with a bad case of the mucusy bronchial thingie and ended up sounding like Gollum every time I'd cough. It was, ah, interesting.

Victor: Hi, Karine, how are you?
Me: *gollum*gollum*
Victor: Did you sleep well?
Me: *gollum*gollum*
Victor: Willow (one of our cats) somehow got into my room, last night, and woke me up. I don't know how she did it!
Me: *gollum*gollum* What have I got this morning, sounding like Gollum?!
Victor: Uhhh, I hadn't noticed, but now that you mention it... *laughs*
Me: *laughs*gollum*gollum*

I am moving again...

LONG story, which I don't feel like getting into details about right now. Which means that my plans to go down to visit danachan and/or to go down to visit athena5897 are pretty much down the drain.

One way or another, maybe I'll be happier living on my own and not having other people tying up the phone line for hours on end when I barely even get to go on the internet for a few hours a week...

Unless I'm at work... which I am right now.

I wish I could go and see ROTK again, which I can't... I've only seen it 3 times already anyway... and I need to try to get my dad to order AIN for me... if he can... which I doubt.

Am I the only person amused by this?

My Mum thinks Hobbits live in kegs, that Gandalf is a giant (well, that was until I told her that Hobbits are the small ones), and she calls The One Ring:"The Wedding Band".

She also says she can't watch past the bit where the Hobbits hide from the Nazgul under the tree's root, because the movie then gets too scary.

But she likes Frodo. And Gandalf, I think.

And she told me that my tastes in men have improved since she saw pictures of Billy and Dom. What she doesn't know is that, well, Billy/Dom are my OTP even though I don't take it half as seriously as other take their OTP's.

Am I the only one who doesn't get email notifications from Jagged Edge Films regarding An Insomniac's Nightmare's release? I mean, I have a feeling I will be the only person on this not to get my hands on a copy of it.

That my posts are getting more and more boring with time. I used to be such a fun LJ-user to read. Now I'm just, like, blah... I blame it on the weather... Nasssty snowstormses... we had four in the past week and a half... four, precioussss...

I wish I had my own place and was already moved in... for some odd reason... go figure...

Also... I think I can make this thing called life work for me... for some reason as well...

I am craving soup, and am planning on buying cookbooks when I move out on my own, so that I can cook great food for myself and actually enjoy cooking.

I am also planning on being less of a slob, at least at home. So I will be begging my parents for bookcases or whatnot so that I can put my things away in proper places.

I need to learn to make molasses/lard baked beans... *hmmmm... beans*
