serendipity8791Which, in reservations, 80% of the time, meant I was in trouble for one reason or another (usually minor, oops, you made a typo by two dollars on your rates, please be more careful next time)...
Here, it can be either or, but everytime I've been called in, so far, was to be reaffected to a different product (neutral situation), or to be given compliments (very good).
Today was the latter situation. Apparently, the people I've been helping out the last few months, are about ready to fight over who might get me permanently. I've been told I'm a quick learner, I ask the right questions, amd I want to know the product and its parameters in depth.
So, I was offered to replace co-worker MF when she goes back to reservations in October. She handles the product building side of cruises. And since I'm still relatively fresh off 8 years of cruise reservations, I am considered the best prospect to know and understand how it needs to be done.
